Parsing vk users according to certain criteria?

Good afternoon.
Tell me software for parsing vk users for a specific request. Paid/free doesn't matter. Google gave out only vk parser, did someone work with it? upd: I tested segmento
-target, this service does not give out all users, in the search for my request there are about 1,700,000 users, this service gave me only about 800,000.
country cannot be searched.

There are problems in Parisnge based on search results, primarily in the fact that through the api (and through the site) you can only get the top 1000 people.
therefore, in order to get all search results, parsers begin to divide them even more, for example, by year of birth / month / gender. but sometimes this is not enough (i.e., for example, there are more than 1000 people for the specified year / month / gender), and when parsing, we do not get all users, the way out is to divide even more, for example, add a birthday - but this greatly increases the number of requests and time. besides, search queries are severely limited.
The segment target may have its own database created by parsing all VK users. this database could be outdated, old inactive accounts can be excluded from it, or a stupidly different implementation of the search by some parameter (already in its database), so discrepancies are quite possible.
also keep in mind that when you do a search on VK and it shows you "1,700,000 users were found", then even if you start scrolling down, you will also be able to see only the first 1000 users.

It's actually better to write your own. But keep in mind the limit of 1000 people.
