Parsing VK messages in a group?

For example, there is one message in the group, from the conversation and I don’t want to use the API because the bot will have to give the admin in the conversation or allow me to read messages, but how can I get around this? So that the bot can respond in a conversation without having the rights of the administration or reading messages (or whatever it's called)
