Parse documentation to learn English from it?

Hello. I'm interested in such a question - I want to improve my knowledge of English in xcode and swift. It is available as pdf, epud, html.
How can I parse the documentation to create a set of words so that they do not repeat. Then drive them to some site for learning English, into your dictionary for study, and then drive them in a circle.
Any ideas?

Parse, probably, in any language now you can practically make an array of words.
