Parent tab redirect in Chrome - how to deal with it?

Recently, when you open some sites found in the search (google, if important), in the parent tab, a redirect occurs to all Tinkoff Bank, which is already sick with credit card advertisements. The opened tab with the script, meanwhile, gives 404 or nothing at all.
It is clear that it is impossible to fight one of the most effective managers in the country by using the law, so the question is: how can you technically fight this muck? Well, apart from banning JS, of course...

Are you sure there are no malicious extensions installed in chrome?

You have a virus or malicious Chrome add-on. What does JavaScript have to do with it?
Remove Chrome. Install again - this is an easy way that will help if it's not a virus of course, but the virus would most likely hit all browsers, and probably an add-on.

You don't. Is it possible to write your own extension that will press the "back" button for you in such cases) Or just do not go to those sites that behave like this ugly.
Well, or complain to Google - what if they wake up and fix it?
