Parallel programming training, is it possible?

Good evening everyone, help advice please.
Is it possible to learn programming normally if you do it in parallel with another job - i.e. I do not work in the field of programming, I can spend 2-3 hours a day on programming classes. Is there any chance for me to reach the normal level with this approach?
For example, is it possible to learn Python like this?

Yes, you can. The concept of "normal" level is not very clear. Suppose in a year you will be programming with this approach, you will get a job, I doubt that there will be enough knowledge / experience.

The main thing is motivation !
I worked for 8-10 hours at the factory as an ordinary worker and at the same time tried to learn programming. I managed to devote time not even for 2-3 hours, but for an hour.
The minimum result after half a year was, what no first portfolio riveted.
Of course, this is not the level that is achieved if you fully engage every day for several hours. But worth a try! The house is built brick by brick and we move step by step (someone with small steps, someone with big ones).
There are already many good Python tutorials on the internet. The main thing is not only to watch the lessons or read, but immediately repeat.

This is the only way to reach the "normal" level.
Programming is an applied discipline, i.e. it needs to be applied somewhere. Try to automate your work.
