Pandoc "doesn't see" tables and text alignment?

Why can't Pandoc convert DOCX to HTML normally? The text, bold and italics, observes paragraphs, but the tables and text alignment are stupidly ignored. Tried including extensions pipe_tables and grid_tables, but doesn't help. Or should he not convert this at all?) I
use the following command:
pandoc -s dogovor.docx -o dogovor.html
