paging not working?

Here I tried to do paging, but something went wrong.
I did everything almost according to the instructions (in the tutorials, and also according to the code in other people's repos)
the OS is loaded, but there's just nothing, if you run it in QEMU, then the bios constantly flashes
What am i doing it wrong?

Where is the error, I tried to find it myself, I did not find it!
