Pagespeed Test just got a lot tougher?

It seems to me, or was there a big update and now it's much more difficult?
Literally 2 months ago, all my sites beat out 98-99. Now 80 with a tail, and each time different results, sometimes even ~70. I checked several large sites - they generally have 0! Have you noticed this?

Most likely something happened to you, today I just checked, everything is the same as before, the same 95-98, no changes on the sites.
