Good afternoon!
Tell me, how seriously does adding color variations (each color has its own picture) in an online store on Wordpress (woocommerce) affect the speed of loading a product page?
There may be 15-20 color options, is it worth displaying all of them?

The speed is affected by the general optimization of the backend, server and software on the server. If everything is in order with this, there will be no problems. Stores on WooCommerce perfectly cater for databases with 100k products and a bunch of properties. If you have a cheap shared hosting, there may be brakes, but this rather depends not on the number or availability of properties, but on the number of goods in general.
