Packing in one Oracle mysql driver file?

In general, the problem crept up from where I did not expect.
When publishing an application in single file mode, an error pops up about an unsupported framework, but nothing happens during normal assembly and debugging.
Temporarily decided to replace it with pomelo.

Perhaps you need to add some sections to the project?

Has anyone come across?
