OwnCloud and bad internet. How to set up a client on Android?
Hello. There is a problem with the ownCloud client on Android. When using a smartphone with ownCloud in places with poor mobile Internet, there is often a problem that photos from the phone do not get to the server even after the phone enters the zone of good mobile Internet. Is it possible to somehow configure the ownCloud client so that when the mobile connection is restored, the photos are synchronized to the server? Now a situation often arises that the photos were taken at the time of the absence of the Internet, after an hour or two the phone is in the zone of good Internet, and some of the photos, after the connection is restored, are downloaded to the server, and some are not. Or maybe you can use some third party client for ownCloud, so that all photos after the restoration of mobile communication are guaranteed to be delivered to the ownCloud server? Thanks for any help.

You can use the foldersync program on android. She can connect to the server via webdav (a protocol that OWN can also do) and synchronize files (in your case, photos). In case everything is really bad, it will at least show logs with errors.
I advise you to migrate to an improved fork of ownCloud - Nextcloud, where the code is completely open and they are aimed at free software more than OwnCloud, who are interested in commercial software.
Official documentation on migration: https://help.nextcloud.com/t/migrating-from-owncl...
If anything, the source code of the Android application is always open: https://github.com/nextcloud/android
