"Own SourceForge" - what options exist?

Good afternoon.

Tell me, what systems exist for creating your own project hosting - some analogue of SourceForge?

Basic requirements:
- Open Source (or at least Freeware)
- Multi-user system with the ability to independently manage several projects
- Integration with SVN (browsing the repository, creating accounts from the web interface)
- Bug tracker
- Wiki or just the ability to create a project page
- Fully managed via the web interface (user registration, project creation, access control)

So far I have found only Savane

It seems a type of such software is called Forge . See what's listed in "Examples of software available to setup a forge", FusionForge might be a good fit.
