Owl Carousel 2 Thumbnails in slider?

I saw such a slider on the owl-carousel

navigation which is from the bottom on the thumbnails plugin ( https://github.com/gijsroge/OwlCarousel2-Thumbs ).
navigation itself works. But, if you wrap it in a slider, it doesn't work.
