Outlook, how can multiple users know which emails have already been answered?

There is a store mail, which is filled with questions from feedback. Letters from this box are received immediately by 5-7 people, from one address. But everyone sits under their account in Outlook, and they don’t see which letters someone else has already answered. Is it possible to somehow set it up?

In response to a letter, put a delivery or read notification, or immediately move the letter to another folder
