Out of Range Error in Ubuntu?

I recently decided to install Ubuntu and ran into a problem that the installer (After the file check logo) does not open and gives an Out of Range error. Installation was carried out from a bootable flash drive.
The problem was solved by installing in safe graphical mode (during the installation, much did not fit within the screen)
After installing and trying to start Ubuntu, the Out of Range error appeared again, after entering the password (login to the profile)
Monitor L1942S (1280x1024), graphics card GT 630, connection via VGA - without adapters.
Ubuntu 20.04

PS version was already attempted to install via Life CD, but there were problems with the screen resolution, there was no resolution of 1280x1024.
