OS Debian. How to swap Ctrl and Caps Lock?

In many moments, it is not convenient to reach for the bottom corner of the keyboard with Ctrl, in many cases, missing Tab will hit Caps Lock.
Please tell me how you can swap Ctrl and Caps Lock so that when you press Ctrl, Caps Lock works and, accordingly, when you press Caps Lock, Ctrl works?
