If I create a program using these tools, can I sell it legally and without problems without Microsoft claims?

If you have a bizspark/msdn subscription, then you can install and use software from the site solely for studying on your own, testing functionality, writing programs (studio), using sql for study/development, etc.
Can be used in production if you participate in bizspark.
You can not sell and give away the serial numbers issued to you by subscription.
Sell written studio bought on msdn / received on bizspark studio and earn loot - please.
Visual Studio, SQL have free for production, but limited in functionality editions of Express.
Windows Server Hyper-V edition is also free and can be deployed as a hypervisor, this version is limited in the list of roles that can be deployed on it

If you are an MSDN subscriber, it is most likely legal. If not, you can buy a subscription here

This download is a trial version. You can convert to a licensed installation at any time during the trial or after the trial has expired by entering the appropriate product key.
But this is about "vs_professional_download.exe" File size:959 KB
There is already a question on the toaster .
Microsoft Visual Studio Express is being promoted for free.
Trial (but full working) is given for three months . That is what you can download from the torrent and safely use ("Tablet: Not required") for 90 days.
