The system is different there - you need to accept money from X and transfer it to Y, leave it to yourself "for mediation".
You can accept from X by Robokassa, this is not a problem.
But she won’t be able to withdraw for U ...

If not only for RuNet, then connect PayPal - it is much more convenient for a foreign buyer than paying by card, respectively, sales will go better.
