Organization of home accounting, several devices + reports?

I'm trying to choose a program for home accounting. Some of the programs are exclusively paid, but I would like to choose first.
Tasks:
1. Synchronization between iPhone, iPad. Can be used by multiple family members.
2. Adequate interface (this is really important for me)
3. The ability to quickly create spending transactions, the ability to create custom spending groups.
4. I have several loans and various monthly expenses such as alimony, apartment rent, etc. I would like to quickly and easily understand how much money I need to pay next month, and how much will remain on the balance sheet.
5. Panning expenses. Actually the least relevant part. Most of all, what interests you is where to spend money at the moment, plus information about the budget for the next month, minus the funds planned in advance.
6. Correct current card balance. Some applications deduct planned expenses from the current balance, although they have not yet been made.
7. Ability to specify the salary, with the date and amount.
8. Ability to plan for replay transactions.
9. Ideally - online banking.
A huge request is not to list in the comments corny all existing applications. I've looked at a bunch of them until I found the right one.
