The task was to find those who can organize a mobile online video broadcast in real time. Those. conditionally, you need to make sure that a car drives (we are regionally considering the entire territory of Russia), and a video stream goes from it to our server in real time (possibly with a slight delay of a couple of minutes).

Now everything has been redone for broadcasting from a smartphone (android), GPS tracking has been added. Guys, this is done in an elementary way.

The task is really difficult, because. depends on terrain, vehicle speed and scale (single car, or lamprey). If the question is at a serious level, look towards Motorola. They have done this for a long time. But not cheap, because. the main clients are the police, the Ministry of Emergency Situations, etc.
