Organization of a local Wi-Fi network without the Internet

Hello!
For creative purposes, it is necessary to organize a wireless local Wi-Fi network in the forest (!).
It is necessary that:
a) It is possible to broadcast the audio and video stream online.
b) Anyone could connect to this network, go to the browser of their device and be able to watch this broadcast.
Question:
Is it real at all and what is needed for this.
Thank you!

To broadcast an AUDIO / VIDEO stream, support is required both from the Access Point (access point) IGMP Multicast (if we are talking about IPTV) and the ability to transmit this type of traffic by receiving devices through a wireless adapter (Wireless). + Not unimportant factor will be the isolation of Wireless clients, so that they do not interfere with each other! From experience, I will say that routers of the middle price category, when connecting more than 4 clients, cannot cope with the function of passing such traffic through themselves.
If we are talking about video services (youtube), then of course there will be no such problems!
I would organize the connection scheme as follows (based on antennas)!
INTERNET: Ubiquiti nanostation m2/5 (as a region: TEST, which will allow you to use up to 5 km and above) in bridge mode!
FOREST: Ubiquiti nanostation m2/5 in bridge mode! + router for example DIR-300, Mikrotik (any other, there are many of them) - WAN: DHCP, LAN:DHCP
P/S. Thus, the chain between the INTERNET and the FOREST is a bridge connection and transfers all traffic without processing, DIR is just a splitter, giving a clean Internet through a gateway hole in the INTERNET, which has NAT on it. And if you enable the AP function, then the processing of the entire load falls on the INTERNET!
Everything is much easier if there is no Internet! Connect the ROUTER (Access Point) and already in the factory settings it is able to connect computers to a network! You don't even need to set a password. If we are talking about you broadcasting your video! then you should look towards the appropriate programs with which this can be done! Let's say you can organize a radio from your playlist through the Winamp program.
