It is assumed that in the mobile Android application the user will form a list of contacts with their mobile phone numbers to which he will need to send a text message with a link.
Is it possible, and if so, how to make a newsletter bypassing the use of SMS?
Ideally, I would like to automatically check for each number from the contact list for the presence of an active account of any of the main popular instant messengers (Whatsapp, Viber, Telegram, etc.), if the account is active, then the message is sent, if not active, then goes to check the account in other messengers, if it does not find any active account, it returns an error.
