Optimizing Windows 10. How to optimize the system as much as possible and disable unnecessary services?

Hello!
Soon I will put the 10th Windows on a new PC. I know that Windows has a lot of telemetry and unnecessary services, there are a lot of tweaks to turn them off, but I don’t know what is the norm and what is with viruses / non-working.
I would like to ask you with what specific software you can quickly and easily disable-remove any unnecessary garbage from Windows so that it works stably. And then, for example, I don’t need support for bluetooth or a touch panel)

I solved the problem by changing the output to %s and changing the value in the output from &number[6] to &number[i]

There is no such statement of the question - "maximum optimization of the system", there is "optimize the system for a certain range of tasks" .
Those. first you have to outline for yourself what you want to get from an optimized OS, and only after that it will become clear what can be turned off and what cannot.
So let's go ahead and refine the wording of your question. I think the question will grow several times.

I myself use three programs, the quality of which has been verified by personal experience.

I recommend you one of them O & O ShutUp10 ++
Free, simple, understandable, there is a Russian language, the configuration options provided are more than sufficient.

I support the recommendation for O&O ShutUp10 - a small portable utility for disabling certain functions (at your and Recommended wishes) of the operating system. I've been using it for 2 years now.
