The task is to raise 1000 tor socks5 proxies for the purpose of parsing (TCP / IP).

/sbin/ip link set enp0s8 txqueuelen 10000
/sbin/ip link set enp0s3 txqueuelen 10000
/sbin/ip link set ppp0 txqueuelen 10000

I tried to increase qlen on the network interfaces, the settings are eventually reset and the ppp0 connection does not work (configurable through the pppoeconf utility).
