Hello! Recently I took up the question: Are there operating system kernels under an open license, but not Linux under the GPL (General Public License) and BSD.
Just out of curiosity.

Among the "big" operating systems is Haiku (MIT).
Among rtos/embedded -- FreeRTOS (MIT), nuttx (apache).
