Opera stopped opening sites (Solved)

During one of the downloads, Win7 showed a blue screen of death and went into reboot. After that, Opera stopped opening all sites except for Google (translator, mail, search, G+). Facebook also tries to open, but the page does not load completely and without styles. I tried to demolish Opera without saving user data - it did not help. I turned off Kaspersky and reset the settings to default - it did not help. System restore didn't help. Cleaned the system with CCleaner - did not help.
Opera is my main browser and I need a full set of popular browsers to work, so I can’t refuse it. I don’t want to demolish the entire system because of one program (Tell me in which direction to dig. Maybe I missed something?

If the problem is observed only in the opera, you can check the settings of the standard firewall. You can diagnose network adapter problems (ARP, DNS, NetBIOS caches will be cleaned. I don’t know, maybe CCleaner did it).
How is access to the network organized - through a router, an ADSL modem, a leased line? How is the network connection organized - VPN, PPPoE? If the router is worth checking the settings, reconfiguring it again, checking traffic blocking. I would also play around with netstat (including at the time of connecting to the site), look at the network activity of applications.
From the category of mysticism - maybe proxy servers are turned on in the Opera? It is also worth checking the browser properties - maybe something is written there left.
It would also be nice to check the hosts.

Restarted the DNS client in Services and it worked. Thanks to everyone who responded!

Try to put Opera 12 Beta and check through it. It is set separately and does not affect the settings of the already installed opera 11 in any way (well, or which one you have).

Try deleting opera and manually clean it up:
ProgramFiles
%userprofile%/appdata/local/opera
%userprofile%/appdata/roaming/opera
