Opera, bold and Cyrillic

Caught a strange bug (Opera 12.00, Mac OS X).
Cyrillic is not displayed:

If you replace the inscriptions with Latin, everything is displayed correctly:

Experienced found out that this effect occurs when two styles are combined:

font-family: "Palatino Linotype", "Book Antiqua3", Palatino, serif;

and
font-weight: bold;

Apparently, Opera is trying to find a bold version for Palatino, but it can't display Cyrillic. In other browsers (Chrome, FF) everything is fine.

Any experienced operators here? What could be the problem? I don't want to give up Palatino.

Does the username in the operating system contain Russian letters? Does the appearance of the site improve if it is viewed by a user whose name in the operating system contains only Latin letters of English speech?
