OpenSource on ASP.net?

Actually interested in how many such projects? As I understand it, if you start your OpenSource project, then it clearly should not be just an example of a site, but some kind of library, cms or framework? Or am I mistaken and someone may be interested in the source code of the sites?
All this is actually of interest to work out your own resume, so that there is something to show the employer. Or maybe you should join some project?

On Asp.Net (MVC, yes, there is no point in looking at classic Asp.Net for a long time) there
is a very large percentage of internal corporate / enterprise sites or sites like stackoverflow, online stores.
It is for this reason (after all, the cost of the server software decides) orders for c #, asp.net mvc are quite specific, unlike the same java or php, so the percentage is far from being in the direction of the MS stack.

[Opinion] I think you should make a project of the type that you would like to work on. If possible, hook on technologies in which you would like to develop. In my opinion, there is not enough open source in the world of ASP.NET. I would even say the cat cried. So the soil is still not fertilized :)
