OpenShot and Blender. Does not work?

I want to make animated text, and here is this:
This action requires Blender - a free, professional package for creating three-dimensional computer graphics ( http://www.blender.org).
Please check the settings in OpenShot and make sure the path to the Blender executable is set up correctly and is on your computer. Also, please make sure it points to Blender version 2.62 or greater.
Blender Path:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Blender\blender
Output Error:
No frame found in Blender output file
