It is clear that any DBMS is needed to work with the database.
Because I have already worked with MySQL, then the choice fell on it. So you need a MySQL server.
I have OpenServer which comes with MySQL server.
It turns out that to work with the database, I just need to turn on and start OpenServer ?
Or do you need to look in the OpenServer folders for the MySQL server and run only it?

Without running OpenServer, MySQL will not work. Also look carefully at the MySQL version in the OpenServer settings, the one you chose will work.
