By default, OpenServer runs all its services on 127.0.0.1, external connections to them are impossible and no one can access it except the user of the local computer.
But in the settings you can change and allow external connections, at your own peril and risk.
Security is the same as for all components currently included (that is, if you choose an ancient version of PHP for example - be prepared that there will be unpatched vulnerabilities discovered after the end of support for this version).
