OpenServer/ConEmu how and where to add the path to the new program?

I understand with ConEmu. He does not see Path variables from Windows. However, as part of OpenServer, it determines where the currently selected PHP version is, and more. Where are these settings? How to add other paths to programs?

2 hours tormented! In general OpenServer->Settings->Server. There we select Our Path + userdata/config/path.txt where and write down what else we need! Hooray!
