OpenServer + Apache 2.4: why 404 when accessing app.js and app.css?

After moving to a new version of OpenServer, due to the need to support it for new versions of PHP, I had problems. After probably executing npm
run dev, the server returns 404 for frontend assets:



frontend assets are not compiled there.
What could be the problem? Unfortunately, you can't migrate to nginx.
