I am a participant of training webinars on the openmeetings platform. For this purpose, I took a tablet on the android samsung tab.2. However, it was not possible to enter the last conference. The webinar admin said that android does not support flash sites. Advised to buy a laptop with Windows. However, the tablet suits me completely.

Install flash on android, it's possible. But you will not be able to broadcast your camera and microphone. Perhaps Linux ARM will help.
