Hello. There is a QT version 5.4 version of the community from offsite, as far as I understand it is now the only 100% free.
I want to upload models there to play with them and build a project for android.

If the laptop has a video capture card - yes. So most likely not.

On a laptop, HDMI is the output of the video card, not the input of the monitor.
