OpenGL+GLSL Graphics Programming Literature

Good afternoon. I recently decided to learn just for fun OpenGL. I ask you to advise a couple of books on the modern approach to graphics programming (with shaders)

It is also possible in English. But not a RedBook-like book... One that explains the basics, from simple to complex. There are real code examples, without any copyright stray. And with which you can quickly move, in fact, to writing real code (hands itch to write something)

OK. After scouring the net for a long time, I still found a good (not ideal, of course, but for the first time it will do) tutorial. opengl programming. Here you are. The entire structure of the program is described quite well there, and in terms of the context of the names of the functions, in part, everything is clear. Only here I advise you to try to parse the functions with man'om all the same ... (I pulled the man page from the turnips - look there)

Happy Programming!

@afiskon

Here I wrote reviews on a couple of books, however, they are completely basic and without shaders http://eax.me/books-issue-5/

For OpenGL itself: http://www.glprogramming.com/red/about.html - I liked it.

For shaders (I haven't figured it out yet, but at first glance it seems normal): http://www.packtpub.com/article/opengl-glsl-4-shaders-basics .

And of course the specs: http://www.opengl.org/documentation/glsl/
