Fix. He clearly writes what he lacks.
Find out where the table went and whether it was at all.

This is a non-standard opencart table, disable add-ons one by one until the error disappears, then when you identify the add-on that causes the error, reinstall it. Perhaps the changes were made by the vqmod plugin, judging by the file that the engine complains about, it's less likely that you have some kind of non-standard build of opencart, or a previous developer made changes directly to the engine. If it doesn’t work out, give it to freelancing to someone who knows.
