Opencart on localhost bad display from web?

I am making a site on opencart, it is local, and today the question arose of how to get access via the Internet, I don’t buy separate hosting and a domain until there is a need. I set everything on the router for port forwarding, etc. the site opens, only styles and pictures are not loaded, I tried to change localhos to ip address in the config.php and admin/config.php files, then the site stops loading in general. If something, here is the site itself 188.226.49.141 / oc
I understand that the answer lies on the surface, but today something is not thought of.

If you write 188.226.49.141/oc/catalog/view/javascript/bootstra... (for example) everything is fine. Most likely it's in the configs.
ps Why not use any free hosting?
