You can also do it from the standard one. But not in the way that I included it, and it works like that... we need changes in the controller, and of course, absolutely our own layout, + displaying the new position of the module in the site header.
It can be simpler - in the third branch there is a menu controller and its layout in the file of the same name.
Type in common/menu.twig, {{ menu }} is displayed in the menu header
