Opencart 3 why is the file not being edited?

Hello. I took up the site created on opencart. You need to change the header. So I went into catalog/view/theme/default/common/ and changed the header.twig file. But the changes did not take effect.
In the catalog/view/theme/ folder there are 3 default, next-default and unishop2 folders. I compared the page code and determined that the header is taken from default. But at the same time, for the sake of experiment, I deleted the header.tpl and header.twig files from all 3 folders. And after that, anyway, the header continued to be displayed on the site. I tried clearing modifiers through the admin panel, but it still didn't help. What's the magic? How to make the header file react to changes?
PS I replaced the catalog/view/theme/default/stylesheet/stylesheet.css file and it was in it that the changes were made.
