Open-source CMS with support for forums and blogs?

There is an old intranet resource on the IPB 2.1 forum engine + a blog module ( an analogue of such an assembly for an example ).
It is necessary to transfer the site to a modern CMS that supports the functionality of forums and blogs and has a lively community (for ease of searching for a developer who will make a template for the old site and complete the missing functionality in a familiar engine).
Immediately found only InstantCMS, but maybe there is something else?
