Open Server 5.3.7 stopped working?

In general, the situation is this, I wanted to stir up the server from the Router, it didn’t work out, and the need was gone. Returned the settings as they were. and Open Server stopped starting, I click start and for 30 seconds the yellow flag and
nothing happens, and the flag becomes red again. Reinstalled Open Server, checked if ports 80 and 443 were busy, added to exceptions for Eset Internet Security, reset router settings to factory settings, installed a newer version, ran as administrator, tried a lot of things based on the Open Server Panel manual and forum articles but nothing helped, can you tell me maybe I missed something? I don't know much about this myself. Thanks in advance!!!
