I want to learn how to write the most beautiful Django code , learn how to properly structure project files, etc.
Advise where (some open source git project) where you can see the server written in Django by some professional senior developer . Those. such a code on which one could learn and strive to write the same.

There are none, and there cannot be.
If you look at any project in any programming language - inside is the most common code that you write every day.
Think architecture, not code.
