You have already messed something up in the configs, definitely.
Restore configs from original build. Write the correct website address. If you have a site on https, then absolutely all links to the site in the configs must be c https and must end with a slash.
Check the oc_setting table in the database, namely the values ​​where key = config_url and config_ssl, the site address must be written there and it must end with a slash, for example https://site.com/
