@endemic

To study OOP, I decided to immediately read the Gang of Four, and as a practice, the implementation of the most popular patterns in Ruby and C #, if something is not clear, then you can google it while reading

google the course "sold" by Timur Batyrshinov Fast Java, it is on torrents. You can, of course, have some free lessons to watch/download right on the site javabegin.ru. It just repels OOP and gives it a free look, a kind of lure;)
Here in the next branch on Java for dummies they give advice, maybe there is something in the materials and on OOP

Java from scratch in a few hours. Advise what to read?

If php is closer to you, then you can read Zandstru "PHP: Objects, Patterns, and Practice". Very well described.
