It is necessary to implement an online broadcast service from ip-cameras via the Internet with the ability to restrict access to users. That is, a certain user will have access to video only from certain cameras. For example, there is a building in it there are offices, each office has its own organization, and each office has cameras. Video from these cameras is broadcast on the Internet, through the website and mobile applications, but access is limited. The director of the organization has access only to the cameras located in his office, broadcasting from other offices is not available to him.
How to organize a video broadcast over the Internet? Do I need to stream with red5 or wowza for this video? How to implement limited access to cameras?
