What are trial programs for windows.

VLC does a great job with this.

There are actually several options, but usually there are only two of them:
1) Convert READY video to hls-files and upload them to any http-server.

2) Online streaming in HLS, for this I recommend the RTMP module for nginx - https://github.com/ arut/nginx-rtmp-module
