Online Stores on Django. Is it worth it to rewrite?

Friends, our studio recently completely rewrote a huge online store from PHP to Python Django, which we are very happy about: after the tests, we were very surprised at a performance increase of about 35%. In a similar way, the server load and stability as a whole decreased: for two months of work, uptime was 99.98%. Uptime under PHP code for the previous two months was significantly lower - about 98.22%. Actually, that's why everything was rewritten: servers fell.
The question is: is it worth writing all subsequent big apps on Dzhang and how will this affect project support in the future? There was no experience in developing and supporting large applications in Python before.

Costs.
The problem for python studios is usually only in one key - finding developers. It's easier to find pukhari as a rule, And if the city is regional, then in general it's sometimes an ambush. But if you do not focus on the presence of developers in the office, but organize the work of the "remote office" normally, then there will be no problems.

python and django learn faster than php and any framework for it, most php programmers easily retrain on python/django
