Online security and anonymity, where to read?

Anonymity

I am a fairly experienced PC user due to work but still.
I would like to understand how to work anonymously on the network, how to protect yourself from 95-98% of errors, attacks, viruses, etc.
The standard answer "VPN", "check in virustotal" is not of particular interest, I would like to understand it very deeply, systematically, with analysis and with the ability to protect yourself from potential problems. Understand how the darknet works and what to do about it.
Interested in a list of articles, a book, a 50+ page brochure. Fragments of information do not provide a systematic approach.
