Online MySQL Database Schema Designer

Please advise an online tool for visual prototyping of database schemas (in particular MySQL).
Interested in something simple like dbdsgnr.appspot.com. (It suits completely, except that it does not work - when working with several tables, it breaks and starts adding / deleting fields in another table).
Another alternative (not very convenient) - the visual editor in phpmyadmin - is heavy, requires installation and work with a real server, problems when working from a tablet.
Requirements:
- Work through the browser.
- The fastest possible development of simple schemes.
- Visual representation of tables and relationships.
- Availability of export to SQL.
A plus will be the ability to save the prototyped into an account on the service.

Have a look at WWW SQL Designer
I use it myself sometimes for simple schemas. Quite convenient. The script can be deployed on your own. True, there are no accounts on the server, but it allows you to save to Local Storage.
